Before you book.
Where is the event?
A 4-star hotel 8 minutes from the Tampa airport. The exact hotel location is provided after ticket purchase. You can choose to stay on site or off. There is valet and self parking available at the venue.
What airport should I fly into?
TPA is the closest to the venue. PIE is another great option for regional flights. International flights can also look at Orlando (MCO), just note that is a 90–120 minute drive to the venue.
Does the hotel provide discounted rooms?
Yes, after you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email with instructions on how to book the discounted hotel room.
Can I bring my spouse?
If he/she wants into the conference room, they will need their own ticket. Each purchase covers only one ticket.
What should I wear?
The venue has a dress code of Business Casual. No flip flops, cut offs, or sweatpants.
What should I bring?
A laptop is recommended but not required. We provide a notepad and pen at each seat.
Is lunch provided?
Yes – both days lunch is included. Coffee, water, soda, and tea is also included.
